1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and perdana99 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the perdana99 website located at perdana99.lat, including all services, games, promotions and features made available therein.

perdana99 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform offering products including — but not limited to — live casino games, slots, sportsbook wagering, mix parlay betting and roulette. All activities on the platform are subject to these Terms, as well as any product-specific rules published alongside individual games or promotions.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases of interpretation or dispute. Any translation provided for convenience carries no legal weight.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with perdana99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. perdana99 strictly enforces a 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Malaysian market. Minors are prohibited from accessing the platform under any circumstances.

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of perdana99 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a perdana99 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not under duress or undue influence when agreeing to these Terms.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete. perdana99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on perdana99. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, perdana99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold pending withdrawals and void any bonus credits or winnings generated across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. perdana99 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at support@perdana99.lat.

perdana99 will never contact you to request your full password. Any communication purporting to be from perdana99 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us promptly.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, provided there are no outstanding disputes, pending transactions or open wagers on the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

perdana99 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for crypto payments.

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on perdana99:

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and verification status.
• perdana99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity (MyKad / passport), proof of address, and payment method ownership.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 1–3 business days for bank transfers and same-day for supported e-wallets such as Touch n Go and Boost, subject to verification completion.
• perdana99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which perdana99 accepts no liability.

Any deposits made using promotional codes or bonus offers are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 of these Terms before a withdrawal may be initiated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

perdana99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and sportsbook free bets. All promotions are governed by these general Terms as well as the specific terms accompanying each promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on perdana99:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures ("bonus abuse") is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, IP address and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms — typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the offer.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards rollover, while live casino games, roulette and sportsbook wagers may contribute less. Contribution rates for each game category are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• perdana99 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any qualifying wagers already placed will be honoured.
• Bonuses credited in error will be reclaimed by perdana99. Any winnings derived from erroneously credited bonuses are not payable.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on perdana99 — including slots, live casino, roulette and other table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's in-built rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

perdana99 employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live dealer studios to ensure fair and transparent outcomes across all game categories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, macros or any form of artificial intelligence to assist gameplay or place wagers.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and live table games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches or display errors to generate artificial wins. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Placing wagers designed to deliberately lose for the benefit of another player (chip dumping).
• Any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events on which wagers have been or may be placed.

perdana99 uses industry-standard monitoring tools to detect irregular patterns of play. Where such patterns are identified, the account in question may be suspended pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any outstanding balance will be withheld pending further review.

7. Sportsbook & Mix Parlay

perdana99's sportsbook covers a wide range of sporting events including football (with particular focus on the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League and other major competitions), basketball, tennis, UFC, esports and more. Mix parlay betting allows players to combine multiple selections across different events into a single wager for enhanced odds.

The following rules apply specifically to sportsbook and mix parlay wagers:

• All bets are final once confirmed. perdana99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after they have been placed, except in circumstances where an event is cancelled or a market is voided.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will be applied to your wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In the event that an incorrect price is offered due to a system error or human error, perdana99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account.
• For mix parlay wagers, if one or more legs are voided (due to event cancellation, for example), the parlay will be recalculated excluding the voided leg(s). A parlay reduced to a single selection will be settled as a single wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sportsbook markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, event and market type.
• In-play (live betting) markets carry a short delay before acceptance to account for data feed latency. perdana99 is not liable for any wagers that could not be placed due to temporary unavailability of in-play markets.

perdana99 reserves the right to limit, restrict or close the sportsbook account of any player found to be engaging in arbitrage betting, value betting strategies that exploit pricing errors, or any other activity that perdana99 deems to be in conflict with the fair operation of its sportsbook markets.

8. Privacy & Data

perdana99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process — including your full name, date of birth, contact details, identification documents and financial information — will be used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. perdana99 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

perdana99 may share your data with authorised third-party service providers, including payment processors, identity verification services and game studios, strictly to the extent necessary to deliver our services. All third-party providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Loss of winnings, profits or revenue as a result of technical failure, system outage, connectivity interruption or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes or payout calculations caused by data feed failures or technical malfunctions, where we have taken reasonable steps to correct the error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions you make based on information or data displayed on the platform.

perdana99 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We perform scheduled maintenance periodically; where possible, advance notice will be provided via in-site announcements. perdana99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of planned or unplanned platform downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Termination

perdana99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity on or in connection with the platform.
• Failure to comply with a request for identity or payment verification documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as set out in our fee schedule; the remaining balance (if any) will be returned to you upon request.
• Any other reason that perdana99 reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, perdana99 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary termination requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of all outstanding transactions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

perdana99 operates its internal dispute resolution process as a first step for all player complaints. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal process, you may escalate your complaint to any relevant independent adjudication body recognised in connection with the platform's operating licence. Details of the applicable escalation pathway will be provided upon request.

13. Amendments to These Terms

perdana99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of perdana99 following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
